Fifth Grade
Each grade level will study a different culture throughout the year. Fifth grade is unique in that the students will be able to pick whichever Spanish speaking country they want. We will tie culture into almost every unit of inquiry and transdisciplinary theme we focus on. On the left you will find a map of Spanish speaking countries that you can choose to study. To gain a richer and deeper understanding of the culture and country, I ask that once the country has been chosen, the students stick with that country for the whole year, instead of changing every six weeks.
